Leases for June 2024 - 2025

In this building there are three, two bedroom, two bath apartments, and one, two bedroom one bath apartment (the one bath has both a tub with a shower plus a shower stall). Each apartment has two assigned off street parking spaces, and onsite laundry. The owner pays water, trash, recycling, and the gas to heat the hot water. Tenants must set up accounts with the utility companies for electrical, heating gas, and internet. All of the apartments will be thoroughly cleaned, touched up, or repainted prior to new tenants moving in. No pets, no kegs, and no live bands are allowed. All leases are for the full year (12 month leases only) starting in June 2024.
